Service Types

Routine

Your papers will be out for service within 3 days, guaranteed. If other attempts are needed, these attempts will occur in 2 to 3 day increments. Most of our clients choose this option, as papers are almost always out faster.

Expedited

Documents are dispatched for service the same or next day, with subsequent attempts occurring every 1 to 2 days.

Rush

Documents are dispatched for service the same day your assignment is received. Same day service may be limited by the time your service assignment is received or the location of the parties to be served. The type of papers, the area you need service in, what level of service is needed. Contact an ASAP Serve, LLC representative for a quote for your particular needs.

In accordance with Utah Code §78B-8-32: Utah licensed private investigators may serve all papers issued by the courts.

 

Process Service Order Terms.

By submitting documents to WeServe.pro | Process Service Agency for service, the submitting party (attorney, firm, organization or individual - hereinafter the "Client") agrees to the following terms:

1. Service fees are earned on receipt of assignment and are non-refundable.  Work on the matter commences on our receipt of the service order. All services must be prepaid unless otherwise previously arranged and agreed to by WeServe.pro |Process Service Agency.  Process service assignments may be suspended until payment is received.
2. Client is responsible for providing information necessary to process the assignment.  This includes party name and address information, statutory time limits (if any), and any other information reasonably necessary to complete the assignment and to protect the wellbeing of our agents. WeServe.pro | Process Service Agency, its employees, agents, and assigns are not responsible for any information not provided by the Client in writing.
3. Service fees are based on per-party and per-address basis and apply to all service items whether or not they are successfully served.  This includes cancellation or recall of of the assignment, in whole or in part, any time after the assignment has been processed for dispatch or if statutory time expires prior to making service.
4. WeServe.pro | Process Service Agency does not offer legal or financial advice.
5. Client agrees to hold harmless and defend Weserve.pro | Process service Agency, including its employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all actions, claims, damages, and demands of any type arising directly or indirectly from any process service or investigative service order.
6. Returned checks and credit card charges are subject to a minimum $50.00 additional charge.  Client agrees to pay for all costs including attorney fees for any necessary collection efforts.
